Title Financial Corporation (TFC), the largest regional title and escrow company operating in Montana, Idaho and Wyoming and its subsidiary company, First American Title Company of Montana, Inc., are proud to announce the addition of American Title & Escrow (AT&E) and Carbon County Abstract & Title (CCATCO), the largest title and escrow company in Southeastern Montana, to the TFC family of companies. This expansion creates a geographic network that will facilitate a seamless and convenient real estate experience. We will continue to provide the excellent services the real estate community has come to expect, utilizing more technology, more underwriters and more collective years of experience to enhance our valued partnership with our customers.

The merger unites two companies with a long history of collaboration. The companies jointly purchased First American Title Company in Ennis in 2002 and First American Title Company in Bozeman in 2004. This expanding alliance creates a footprint that covers 66 counties in Montana, Idaho and Wyoming.

Ted Lovec and Carol Kirby are both remaining on the corporate team. Lovec has accepted a position on the Board of Directors of Title Financial Corporation and will also be serving as Executive Vice President; Kirby will be serving as Vice President of Operations

In addition, Jennifer Smith, Tammy Shovar and Trina Maurer will remain as the management team for AT&E in Billings, Hardin, Forsyth and Roundup; Julie Harris, AT&E manager in Livingston; Eric Mitchell, CCATCO manager and Michelle Kroll, AT&E manager both located in Red Lodge, will continue in their roles. The staff remains the same in each location.
